Pulls subscribers into Pact as contacts — read-only.

Paste a Kit v4 API key and Pact pulls every subscriber updated since the last run — unsubscribed, bounced and complained ones included, so none silently disappear. Broadcast engagement is not synced yet, and Pact never writes back.
