Terms

Pact is operated by Pact, Inc. These terms govern your use of the Pact web application and APIs. By accessing a Trust Mirror link or preference center hosted on Pact you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use Pact to manage your own consent, access your own data, and exercise your data-subject rights with the controller that invited you. You may not attempt to access another subject's data or circumvent access controls.

Disputes

If you believe a controller is misusing your data, you may contact the controller directly or file a complaint with your supervisory authority. Pact provides infrastructure; the controller decides what is collected and why.

Pact SMS Program

Program name: Pact SMS

Program description: Transactional SMS messages from Pact for account authentication (verification codes), account activity notifications (deal updates, meeting reminders), and receipts for voice-initiated actions (voice-MCP feature), sent to phone numbers that users add and verify in their account. This is a transactional program — no marketing or promotional messages. Consent is required before any message is sent, and consent is not a condition of using Pact.

Message types:

Sample messages:

Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per day per user.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HELP: Reply HELP to any Pact SMS to receive support information. HELP auto-reply: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply. Support: help@pact.place.”

STOP / opt-out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any Pact SMS. You will receive one confirmation (“You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”) and no further messages. Opting out removes your number from messaging.

Re-subscription: Reply START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to resubscribe.

Full opt-out policy: Pact honors all opt-out requests within 24 hours of receipt. Opting out via SMS removes only SMS consent; you may separately opt out of voice calls, or remove your number entirely, from Settings → Phone number. You can review our data practices in the Privacy notice.
