Win vault

Mine Closed-Won deals into reusable proof — quotes, ROI figures, use cases, and decision drivers — with a consent gate that keeps verbatim customer quotes off outbound material until the customer agrees.

Every won deal is a story you will want to tell again: the quote the champion gave you, the ROI number that unlocked budget, the competitor you beat and why. The win vault captures those automatically so they become reusable proof — searchable, cited, and ready to drop into an RFP draft, an architecture proposal, or a battlecard.

Before anything else, understand the gate. When Pact extracts a verbatim customer quote, it is stamped consent-pending. A consent-pending quote cannot be reused on anything that faces outward — not an RFP answer, not a battlecard, not a proposal — until the customer explicitly grants consent.

Verbatim quotes are locked until the customer consents

Extracted customer quotes start as consent-pending and are held back from all outbound reuse. Only quotes marked granted (or explicitly not-required) become reusable. This is the core promise of a consent-native win vault: you never quote a customer outward without their say-so.

A one-click consent-request flow lets you ask the customer for permission, and a grant flips the quote to reusable. ROI figures, use-case summaries, and decision drivers that aren't verbatim personal quotes flow more freely, but customer words stay locked until consent lands.

What gets extracted

When a deal moves to Closed-Won, Pact gathers the deal's corpus — notes, quotes, call transcripts, and RFP/SOW documents — and uses your own BYOK AI key to distil it into structured proof:

  • Quotes — memorable customer statements (consent-gated, as above)
  • ROI figures — the numbers that justified the purchase
  • Use case — what the customer actually solved
  • Competitor beaten — who else was in the deal
  • Decision drivers — why you won

Each item is tagged with its provenance so you can always trace a proof point back to the deal it came from.

Keyless still produces proof

Without a BYOK AI key, Pact falls back to a deterministic extraction over the richest structured fields on the deal. You still get a populated win vault entry — just assembled from your data rather than phrased by a model.

Where the proof gets reused

The win vault is the same library that powers RFP autofill — evidence retrieved there comes from here. It also feeds competitor battlecards (wins against a given competitor are assembled into the card), and Pact tracks usage so you can see which proof points are pulling their weight. A voice-driven win vault surface lets you capture and recall proof hands-free.
